我公司的HR說公司要幫我辦H１B，我覺得TOO CRAZY。我到這個公司來用的是EAD（NIW APPROVED，０７／０７FILED I４８５）。公司拒絕辦EB１B，提出可幫我申請H１B維持身份，這可能嗎？
-I do not think you need the H1 status now. If your I-485 is denied (it rarely happens), then you can ask your employer to sponsor your H1 application.
