父親曾參加抗美援越高炮部隊去過越南, 還和美國飛機打過仗 (但沒有和美國兵麵對麵交過手)，申請材料如實填寫會影響來美簽證嗎？另外他在部隊裏最後任連指導員，這個如實填寫會有影響嗎？
