Need Help!!! Empolyment Verification Letter

我的i-485, i-140已經在兩年前遞交。我已經換了另一所大學做博後(還是生物醫學），現在用EAD工作。 今天收到uscis 信。要求: documentary evidence which establishes that you continue to be engaged in the occupation that is the basis of your National Interest Waiver, a biomedical researcher.
要求提供：A: a currently dated letter from the present employer; B: copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research; ......................
我的問題是：哪個部門提供Empolyment Verification letter? Human resource? the Department that I am working in? My current Boss?
