急問，交上去的H-1B extension 還沒有批，現在能transfer H1B嗎？

我的H-1B5月底到期了，ＵSCIS 是5月2號收到H1的extension，已經收到receipt了。現在另外一個公司給我了一個offer，現在需要transfer H-1B。問題是我的H-1B extension還在pending，我隻有extension receipt，請問這種情況下，我的H-1B怎麽能transfer過去啊。不會非得我的extension批準以後才能transfer吧。希望有經驗的朋友能指點指點，多謝多謝了！
