How to keep our I-485? Pjiang 等大師請出注意！

NIW I-140 was submitted at 10/2006, and approved at 12/2007.

EB1A I-140 was submitted with I-485, but denied 3/25/08 after RFE, then appeal in order to keep I-485 alive, the appeal was denied 2 days ago.

在appeal的denial notice 上說， 可以在30天內，motion to reopen or reconsider. 由於現在使用EAD工作，想做 motion to reopen or reconsider(移民局一年左右的審查時間), 雖然明知不可能成功，但是為了保全 I-485, 隻能采取拖延時間的策略。希望在等待 motion to reopen or reconsider結果的一年多時間裏， NIW 能current, relink I-485 到 NIW 上。 這是我們的想法，Pjiang大師給指點一下吧。謝謝！
