Emergency TN question

I am Canadian with H1B (seventh year). My 1-140 was approved two years ago, no I-485 or I-824 filed. I am currently working for company A which filed my I-140. Company B offered me a real nice position and wanted me to start to work ASAP.
1) Can I apply for TN and work for company B?
2)Will I-140 affect my application?
3). If so, will withdraw I-140 help me to get TN? How can I cancel current I-140?
