1. 他們要求我回國簽證: It is not because you used AP, it is because you used EAD.

2. You can choose not activiate your h1. You can continue to work using your EAD.

3. You can go back to activiate your H1. It is not difficult. Also, if anything happens, you can use your AP to back to USA. The worst thing is maybe they need check your background. It will spend 1 month or so.
