Your background can be considered weak for EB-1a, because strictly to say you only met 2 out of 10: publication and review. Your membership is kind of weak, because CIS no longer consider Sigma membership as a elite membership, this is pay-check membership. Your current position and control how million money have nothing to do 10 criteria. You have to fulfill the criteria.

If your NIW is approved, that is just matter of time. You will be fine.
