You may not need to provide the evidents for these five requests. For the EB1B, you need to concentrate 2 to 3 criteria and provide all the documents to support that. I have read your background and I think it is strong enough for EB1B. It is difficult for me to address this issue in details here. You need to discuss it with your lawyer how to organize the materials and justify your qualifications in the cover letter for the RFE.
