我LP現在OPT,下個月就失效了。前幾個月一直在一家公司工作，H-1已經批準。但由於老板比較變態，忍無可忍辭職了，現在一個學校做part time tutor維持OPT。我現在H1-B,想在OPT失效之前把她轉成H-4。

她的EAD是7月10號到期，但由於她新批準的H1，係統裏包括最新的I-20表， 她的F1已經延期到9月30日。現在填I-539表，F1 expire 的日期到底填哪個呢？
-July 10 is the F1 expiration date if she does not want to take any course in the fall semester. So, she need to file the h4 application before July 10 (had better send the application out at the end of June, just in case).
