請問pijiang關於485 RFE

上次發過帖子，關於485 RFE的，還有些問題我不大清楚。自己是dependent, LD EB2, PD 09/06。上個月收到RFE，要工作證明。

收到移民局來信，“Please proof of your continuous employment authorization in the U.S.
from xx-xx-xx to the present. Such evidence may include copies of:
Employment Authorization Documents (Forms I-688 or I-766) granted to you by
this Service;
Form I-797 approval notices, showing you were granted status in an
employment-authorized nonimmigrant classification; and/or
Copies of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Records showing you were admitted to
the U.S. in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant status.”

我去年底到今年4月份之間在原公司請假，H1B/unpaid leave，4月份用EAD換工作至今。NIW的dependent，LD 140已批。
請問：
1. 為什麽dependent還需要proof of your continuous employment呀？

2. 我原來的HIB日期到今年6月底，因為我用了EAD, H1B已經失效了吧？可以作為proof
嗎？

3. 什麽是Forms I-688 or I-766？
- EAD

4. I-94 Arrival/Departure Records。用護照上的I-94還是H1B上的?

我想問的是，是不是把工卡copy一份給移民局，再加原來單位的H1B( I-94 )就好了？
