兄姐移民，請教高人

我是公民，2003年申請（填I- 130表）哥哥和姐姐來美。 今天收到移民局信讓補哥哥的件。1 : the marriage certificate for the marriage between petitioner/beneficiary and spouse. 2: the birth certificate for petitioner with certified translation. 3: 325 a for petitioner and beneficiary.
我的問題是： 當初申請時，我寄過我和我哥的出生證， 都是複印件。現在我需要寄我的出生證原件嗎？為什麽沒有要我哥的出生證？另外結婚證為什麽非要我的以及我哥的，我當初沒有寄過，難到也要原件？
