如果副申請人在主申請人拿到綠卡後才follow to join（已結婚多年），結果被拒，那怎麽辦呢？到時候連h4都不能出境簽了，因為主申請人已經是永久居民身份。
-You can do nothing in this case, but stay illegally in U.S. until 主申請人 becomes a US citizen and then apply for the green card using family based category.
