回國簽H4風險大嗎？請各位幫我看看。

本來想在美國轉F2-F1，可是被否決了，因為老公的已經是H1了，可他同時也有OPT，所以我一直以為我還是F2，可是被告之H1一下來OPT作廢，所以我現在必須回國簽H4，大家覺得風險大嗎？不甚感激！
