140/485 pending 中，使用ead 工作。如果140/485被拒絕，非法居留是從何時開始計算？非法居留是從EAD使用日開始計算？還是從140/485被拒絕的時間開始計算？
-It is counted from the date of your I-485 is denied if you do not have a valid non-immigration status.
