Help for my borther's son. Really need it. Thanks

My brother got dirvoced with his wife and his son was given to him. To tell the truth, my brother is an ***** and he does not take of his son at all. The poor kid is living with my another sister who is not very rich. Now making it worse is my brother got a car accident and properly lose ability to work. The kid's mother got married again and never came back to see him. The kid's situation really makes me heart broken and I want help him to come to USA to live with me, how can I do it? the kid is about 10 years old.
