點工阿姨今天發現10年綠卡一月份已經過期了。請問怎樣補辦？
-Go to USCIS local office to get a stamp (this stamp equals to the green card) on her passport and then, she can legally to work. At the same time, file Form I-90 application to replace the green card.
會有啥“懲罰”？
-Nothing.
