My question is if my unemployment in July will affect my application for the new H-1B, entering the US by AP, or I-485.
-If you use AP for the travel, you can not work until your H1 tranfser is approved after you come back. So, you may ask your new emplyer to use Premium Processing to file the H1 petition.
