Can I file second I485?

I have filed I-485 for EB-2 in June, 2007. My parents in law have also filed immigration petition for our family. Now our priority date is current. Can I file I-485 again, or I have to withdraw my previously filed I-485 first. If I have to withdraw, my EAD from EB-2 will be invalid? What should I do?
