緊急求助：孩子的身份是否合法？多謝！

各位，我們今天收到移民局的email,說是綠卡批了。

不過我的孩子(8歲)是5月19號來到美國，我5月20號給他file485,5月22號usps顯示移民局已經收到材料，但是到今天為止，支票沒有被取，當然也沒有收到孩子的receipt,

緊急請問：我們綠卡批了，但是孩子沒有receipt,他的身份是否合法或者可不可以在美國和我們一起生活？挺擔心的。
