非常謝謝您的回複！！我也是這麽認為的，可是公司律師說我現在已經是out of status ４個月了，必須回中國簽 （他的原話是Because she is out of status, she is supposed to process the visa in her home country (as opposed to Mexico or Canada, etc.)）我在網上查了一下，也問了周邊的一些朋友，大家的意見都不一樣，有說是要回國簽的，也有說可以去墨西哥或者加拿大簽（不過他們說我可能拿不了去那邊的簽證）

我該怎麽辦呢？沒有offer的時候急，現在有了offer更急 :(
