We recently renewed AP. Because we lost our old passport, we have a new passport with a new number.

Here is my checklist and less than one month, we received the new AP.

AP renew checklist:
8226; Personal Check: Payment in the amount of $305 for Form I-131
8226; I-131 Application for Travel Document
8226; Part 7 Supplement
8226; Photocopy of receipt notice for Adjustment of Status
8226; Photocopy of principal applicant’s permanent residence approval notice
8226; Photocopies of I-94, front and back
8226; Lost passport identity page
8226; Police report regarding to my lost passport
8226; New replaced passport identity page issued in 2008
8226; 2 photos
