2006 Aug file EB2 Perm - financial analyst
2006 Oct EB2 perm approved
2006 Oct EB2 140 approved
same month, EB3 140 approved too
2007 Jul file both EB2 and EB3 485
2008 Feb, apply changed job with EAD
2009 May, received new 140 and was told our EB2 PD is
2004 Jun( before our attorny said we cannot
carryover EB3 PD because it's two different cases by using two different positions
2009 May, RFE, employement letter
2009 Jun, 485 approved
GC???---still waitting, 5 yrs!!!
