準備申請485， 基於EB-1B 的， 看得我糊塗，很多人說沒必要，也有人交，
-This form is needed for family based category. EB category usually does not need this form such as in your case. Only exception for EB category is:
Employment-based preference immigrants in cases only when a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident relative filed the immigrant visa petition or such relative has asignificant ownership interest (five percent or more) in the entity that filed the petition.
