再次請問pjiang和863211老師

前幾天我在這裏問了H1B和EAD的問題
問題是，如果我現在從H1B轉成EAD，以後還能換回H1B嗎（繼續用6年H1B沒用完的部分）？如果這樣是不是要出境申請H1B？863211老師給了肯定的回答。

我又谘詢了兩位律師，他們的回答如下。
律師1：there is no answer for this from USCIS, and it is risky. I have no answer to that.
律師2：This is a tough question. I am not sure USCIS has announced either way. You'll need a creative lawyer to advocate your side at that time.

不知pjiang和863211老師能否再解惑？到底這樣能不能行？
