配偶的身份是否會因為這段沒發工資而失效？
-Technically, yes. But if your company does not report it to USCIS, you will be OK (USCIS will not come to your company to check it).
我們可以請公司幫忙來先回溯這段工資（我們自己付錢），等以後公司有錢了再補給我們，這樣可以嗎？
-As long as both you and your company agree, I do not see it will be a problem.
