I130/I485 file cocurrently

How to fill in the part2 of I485 if I file I130/I485 cocurrently?

a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved.(Attach a copy ....... or a relative, special immigrant jubenile.....petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved).

h. other basis of eligibility.

I didn't file I130 yet, so the immigrant visa number hasn't been approved yet.
