Based on Section 211.1 (b), if your baby was born while you were out of the US for under 2 years and this is your first trip back to the US, then your child is eligible to the US with you without any visa and get a green card after arrival. Your baby should have a separate passport, 2photos and birth certificate when he/she comes to U.S. first time.
