我的140 approved, 485 > 180天, 有ead, 如果我在拿到綠卡前有>180天沒工作, 算不算out of status?
-Your status is still AOS. But if USCIS find your unemployment for such a long time, your I-485 might be affected even if your friend offers your future job. It is tricky and whether your I-485 is denied depends on the immigration officer personal judgement.
