請教: 夫婦綠卡, 如果回國生了孩子, 小孩今後怎麽來美國呢? 什麽身份?
-The kid is a Chinese citizen and not different from any other Chinese.

已懷孕, 我們需要在過內工作一段時間, 如果小孩生在國內, 移民簽證的問題怎麽解決呢?
-The kid can apply for a B2 visa.
可不可以先申請非移民簽證, 回到美國後在申請綠卡, 然後公民?
-Yes. The kid can stay in U.S. with you. Even if the baby is out of status, it will not affect his/her green card application.

還是可以直接申請綠卡?
-No good idea.
