urgent help!! 485 get REF, lay off 6 months

非常不幸, 5/27 收到USCIS email, --- "On May 27, 2009, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. ...."

本人情況, EB3, 11/03. laid off 近6個月,一直沒有找到新工作. 現最當心的是如果REF 是有關employer letter, 是不是就死路一條? 無解!!! 現看來是 employer letter 可能性很高, 因為隻有主申請人收到REF, 副申請人及小孩沒有.

現有幾個問題, 想請教大家,

1. 副申請人為H1, 如果最終485被拒, 可否申請轉為H4? 這樣若以後再找到工作, 重新申請H1, 是否須占用當年H1 名額? 申請綠卡, EB3, 11/03 priority date 能否 carry over? 謝謝!!

2. REF 若是有關employer, 一般會要求提供什麽?

3. 聽說 REF 一般有一個月或一個半月時間恢複, 這其間當然繼續找工作, 有EAD 卡, 若放低要求, 新工作處性質相似外, 對工資要求是否一定要大致達到申請綠卡時的工資水平? 謝謝!

4. 即便現在找到, 其間有6個月Gap, 有問題嗎?
