七月我將離開現在的學校去新的學校工作。新的學校願意從六月份起付我工資，六月份的工資算給我的搬家費。我的問題是

1。我是否需要啟用我的EAD（年初申請後一直未用）並同時向兩個學校報告？
-You do not have to use EAD. If you file H1 transfer in May 2009 (before June), and indicate the effective date on the I-129 is on June 1, 2009, you can get the 六月份的工資 from the new employer and old employer at the same time as long as your old employer does not cancel your h1 in June. You do not need to tell anything to your old employer such as h1 transfer so that they will not cancel your H1 in June.

2。如果我想停留在H1，是不是就不能拿新學校六月份的工資？
