I485pending, 拒絕返還公司的工資會被fire 麽

I485pending ,公司決定7月份全體停薪放假2個禮拜，律師和人事部說必須付我工資。（這是移民法）。

我的領導說可以支付我工資，但是提出要求將我未來的工資裏扣除這2個禮拜的工資？

如果我不接受他的這個‘要求’，我會被公司fire 掉麽？

請大家幫幫我，十分感謝！
