qiuLUD 後轉去National Benefits Center何意思？

老公是主申請人，PD April 2007, I-140 approved, I485 pending. He received a soft LUD on May 12 (Texax center). I am the dependent, get a hard LUD on May 27, 2009, telling me my case 轉到to National Benefit Center. What does it mean? 進了集中營了？為設麽我的case要轉到另一個center to process， 而不是兩口子在一起審批?
