回複：現在OPT，H1獲批了但想換工作，怎麽辦

我想請問大家，我現在的公司幫我辦的H1已經批準了，從10月份開始。我如果下個月轉到新的公司，先OPT同時再申請H1, 可以嗎？聽說H1 TRANSFER 要前一個公司工作3個月才可以。

如果重新申請H1， 名額怎麽算呢？
-If your current employer who sponsored your current H1 does not withdraw the approved H1 before Oct. 1, you do not need to get a new H1 quote. But if your approved h1 is withdrawed before Oct. 1, you need to get a new quote for your new H1 petition.
