Weired question about changing address while being out of US

We are moving while my hu*****and(H4) is in China. Each of us has to report the address change within 10 days. But how to fill the AR-11 form for him such as "I am in the United States as a: Vistor, Student, Permanent resident, Other", "Port of Entry Into US", "Date of Entry Into US" or "If not a Permanent Resident, my stay in the US expires on:"...Thanks!
