請教H4的孩子使用EAD的問題

我是H1，現在是485Pending,NIW,不知道什麽時候能拿到綠卡，孩子上高中，H4,現在他學習的Program 要求150小時有工資的工作，我想讓他使用EAD.是不是使用EAD後他就是AOS，如果萬一我的485被拒，他就會立刻失去身份呢？謝謝！
