My lawyer said he will provide them my extended H1 visa which is valid until 06/2011, didn't mention the employment letter.
The RFE letter says such evidence may include:
"Employment Authorization documents(Forms I-688 or I-766) franted to you by this Service;
Form I-797 approval notices, showing you were granted status in an employment authorized nonimmigrant classification; and/or
Copie of Form I-94 arrival/Departure Records showing you were admitted to the U.S. in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant status."
Should I remind my lawyer about the employment letter? Thank you!
