Emergency AP

澳大利亞是邀請我去參加一個麵試，這個可以成為申請 emergency AP的理由嗎？對方發來的email是這樣：
As you know, the selection committee has organised for you to give a seminar and attend an interview for this position, on Tuesday afternoon 9th June 2009. We are now in the process of arranging air travel for you to arrive in Sydney on Monday 7th June and departing on Saturday 13th June. Monday 8th June is a public holiday here, but I assume that you would want to take the opportunity to rest before your interview on the following day. ．．．

如果這樣的message和理由不能作為申請emergency AP的理由，　該怎麽措辭呢？　我可以讓對方重新發一封我需要的email.
