1。如果我在B2有消息前，就把綠卡申請遞交了，即時B2否決了，我的身份是不是合法的？

是不是I-130的receive date是不是要比B2的否決日期要早？如果B2否決了，我要做些什麽嗎？比如，向移民局解釋？

2。如果結婚綠卡材料準備太晚了，在我遞交申請以前，B2就被否決了，我的身份是不是就非法了？
-After you file I-485, your status will be AOS if your B2 application is denied before your I-485 filing.
那麽我是不是我馬上就要離開美國？在這種情況下，有什麽辦法呆在美國繼續綠卡申請嗎？
-Even if you are out of status/unlawful presence > 180 days, you still can get your green card sponsored by your spouse (U.S. citizen).
