As far as I know, based on the H1 Portability Rule in Section 105 of AC21, there is no specific time limitation for the H1 holder to work for the new employer after the H1 transfer is filed and before the H1 transfer is approved. But I know "如果同一雇主，可以工作240天" is correct.
