請問PIJIANG等大俠 - 485 INTENT TO DENY

跪求各路大俠幫助: 485DIY.我是副申請人,之前是H1-B,去年夏天辭職後呆在家裏, 遞485時申請的EAD於去年九月份過期, 沒有繼續申請. LD(主申請人)用EAD上班.
前段時間我(副申請人)收到485RFE要求提供體檢補件和legal continuous employment evidence after Sept 2008. 回RFE時給了以前的I-94/H1-B和體檢材料,沒能提供legal continuous employment evidence after Sept 2008.最近受到485 Intent to Deny. 理由是H1-B和EAD到期,”it appears that you have engaged in unauthorized employment since the expiration of your EAD on Sept 2008 to the present”.
我該怎麽回以下的問題:
1) failed to maintain, continuously, a lawful status; (485pending期間要其它的東西象EAD來維持身份嗎?)
2) engaged in unauthorized employment (去年夏天後,就呆在家裏沒工作,怎麽證明自己沒有工作?)
