1. 我與我老公的LUD已經過去了倆個月，我們倆的FBI的NAME CHECK都已CLEAR,沒有收到任何的FRE,是否意味著我們已經通過？

-If your fingerprints are out of date, you may be required to do it again. USCIS will send you RFE if they think you need to do it again, anyway.

2. 我女兒是否是因為不到年齡，所以才無需審查呢？
