1。回答這兩個問題時，該不該填我兒子的名字? 填, 怕移民局發現我兒子的身份已過期。不填,又怕移民局說不誠實.會有大麻煩。真是左右為難。
-Yes, tell the true. Your hu*****and can sponsor your son to apply for the green card together with you if he agrees.

另,表格中問到生日,國籍,是否一起申請移民， 沒有問在美國的身份。
-Say "Yes" if your hu*****and agrees to sponsor your son's application.

2。 我該不該在所有的表格中填A#？移民局 會不會根據我的A# 查到我兒子的情況。
-Yes.

3。另外，如果我將來轉成公民以後，還能不能申請兒子 (他到時已超過21 歲)。如果可以，那現在不填他，將來是不是會有麻煩？
