Cadana immigration

I got file number last month. But up to now, when I input my file number, "e-Client Application Statu´´ always shows that "This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet.´´
Could you please tell me how long you can check application status by online services after you get first letter?
