大俠們幫忙—緊急提問：90 days 身份違例可否會導致I-485被拒？

received RFE asking for the "proof of your employment authorization in the U.S. from...to...".

I had been worked about 90 days illegally for my current employer before my H1b approval but after my F1 expired (was F2 pending status). Will it result in the deny of my I-485 application? The HR who hired me left the company so I don't think I can get help from current employer. How should I deal with it? Million thanks!!!
