回複：因為工作原因中美兩地分居，結婚兩年後再辦綠卡有麻煩嗎？

1.如果這沒有綠卡的兩年期間，中國配偶因為工作原因必須有5個月左右在中國，兩地分居，所以實在不適合一開始就申請臨時綠卡，但是用旅遊簽證通過開會等方式往返美國是否不太現實？會因為有一個美國配偶輕易被拒簽證？
_If you do not want to live in U.S. at present, you do not need to apply for the green card now. You still have a very good chance to to get a B2 visa to visit your spouse even if your spouse is a U.S. citizen. Because it is very easy for you to argue that you do not have an immigration intent. If you have that intent, you can get K3 visa or green card easily in china.

傳說中的K-3可以解決這個問題嗎？好像也要求非美國配偶必須留在美國等綠卡？
2. 但是兩年後申請綠卡時，中國配偶決定長期居留美國申請綠卡，但是移民局是否會因為這過去的兩年期間夫妻幾乎有一半的時間不在一起，以此為理由拒絕發綠卡？
-I do not think this will affect your future green card application. As long as your marriage is true, USCIS will not deny your green card application.

3. 唯一的安全的方式就是有一方要放棄工作爭取一直在一起？
4.兩年後申請綠卡，等待時間也在6-12個月左右？
5.現在結婚後立刻申請綠卡大約要等多久？有人說至少一年，有人說6個月就差不多了，不知道哪個比較準。
