我的律師建議把我的I-140和I-485分別遞交（間隔兩周），避免移民局把材料搞混了。
- Nonsense, and your only chance is to file I-485 when you have received I-140 receipt, if you're lucky, within 2 weeks.

如果這樣的話，還算cocurrently filing了嗎？cocurrently filing有什麽優勢？
