急！！請教Pjiang老師和各位大俠被裁員/開除的問題。

對不起，上一個帖子有錯誤，現更正如下。


我的綠卡申請EB3在2個月前被批準了。現在公司效益不好。

1. 如果我在獲得綠卡後2個月至6個月期間被裁員，我的綠卡和法律身份會有問題嗎?

2. 因受經濟危機影響，最近業績下滑。萬一公司在我拿到綠卡後2個月至6個月中因業績原因開除/fire me，我的綠卡和法律身份會有問題嗎?

3. 我暫時並沒有將來入籍的打算，但依然想知道，如果我在拿到綠卡後2個月至6個月中被裁員或被開除/be fired，會不會影響入籍？
