請教18歲以下兒童逾期居留超過一年的後果, DEARM Act 不適用

謝謝sdfsdfsdf的回複，但DREAM Act 是針對Act通過前五年到美國的。
小孩來美才幾個月，怕萬一COS轉學生簽證不成功，打算讓小孩逾期留下來上完高中，界時小孩剛剛18歲零2個月。

Sec 212 (a)(9)(B)(iii)(I) 中的 Exception for minors 提到 no period of time in which an alien is under 18 years of age shall be taken into account in determining the period of unlawful presnce in the United States under CLAUSE (I)

Clause (I) 是逾期180天到小於一年的情況。
Clause(II) 是逾期超過一年的情況，那是不是說這個exception 隻是針對 逾期不超過1年的 minors, 如果逾期超過1年，即使是under 18，那出境後再簽證是不是也照樣 barred within 10 years 呢？
